The Site Leader plays a key leadership in creating a sense of community at Holy Cross Manor - characterized by satisfaction, fulfillment and contribution for those who reside, work, visit and volunteer. Reporting to the Vice President of Resident Experience, the Site Leader provides operational oversight to Supportive Living program ensuring it is aligned with Covenant’s Mission, Vision and Values, contract obligations to Alberta Health Services and industry standards. This oversight crosses all aspects of service delivery and ensures that the program is delivering a balanced quality, inclusive of mind, body and soul domains. The site leader models the way in supporting the wider Holy Cross Manor team to work to their highest potential and with the resident’s best interests always at the center.
Undergraduate degree in business, healthcare, or related field. Master's Degree in health, business, or management preferred. A valid driver's license is required as well as access to a vehicle.
5-10 years of management experience in a health related environment, preferably in Supportive Living. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
