Reporting to the Resident Experience Director, the Site Leader is responsible for the overall management of Human, Financial, and Physical Resources. The successful incumbent is accountable in providing leadership to the site, including care and support services in alignment with the mission and values of Covenant Care. As a member of the leadership team, the Site Leader will demonstrate a participative and collaborative approach to management, empower and support all levels of staff, and ensure operations are aligned with the overall organizational strategic direction. Responsibilities include managing and reporting accountabilities for personnel, equipment, operating budget and in performance management of staff. The Site Leader will develop an effective system to manage and report recruitment, retention and identify staff learning needs to produce a strong program delivery. In addition, the role will involve participation in innovative care programs congruent to the needs of residents, overseeing operational system and facilities change management initiatives. The Site Leader will possess the ability to build strong interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships in their engagement with key stakeholders in representing the interests of Covenant Care.
