    Note, this is a 1 year contract position, with a possibility for renewal.


    Position Summary

    Reporting to the Site Leader, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the activities that will meet occupancy targets through marketing the facility to potential residents, their families, professional groups and the community.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Promotes the leasing of suites in accordance with established sales procedures
    • Represent Evanston Summit at community functions and promotional events
    • Coordinate and cconducts tours of the residence. 
    • Compiles and maintains a professional contact and follow up programs for leads
    • Monitor and inform staff of resident move in, move out, or internal transfer dates. 
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Major Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in Marketing/ Comunications preferred
    • 5 years of direct sales experience, within a service industry, is preferred
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to set priorities, be self motivated, and able to work under pressure. 
    • Ability to work with limited supervision and show initiative.
